Red Rouge has a hint of plum in the undertones, making it a red that falls between our Scarlet and Cranberry hues.

NOTE / The bias seam on this ribbon was stitched with white thread. This was a production error and there is a visible white thread on the back side of every seam. For this reason, we have discounted this ribbon.
