CLASSIC, SHEER, SATIN SILK RIBBONS: Our ribbons are thoughtfully crafted with longevity in mind, designed to be cherished as keepsakes or used and re-used for years to come. If cleaning is necessary, gently hand wash in cold water using a mild, pH-neutral natural laundry soap. Plant dyes are "living" color that can be shifted by chemicals and drastic changes in pH. Avoid wringing or twisting; instead, press out excess water with a clean towel. Lay flat or hang to air dry, keeping them away from direct sunlight to preserve their rich, natural hues. For a smooth finish, use a medium-heat iron or steamer.

To refresh ribbons and remove creases or wrinkles, lightly spritz with water and, when nearly dry, steam or iron on medium heat. Pro Tip: A hair flat iron makes an excellent tool for quickly smoothing ribbons and ensuring a flawless, wrinkle-free presentation.

ETHEREAL, ORGANZA, GOSSAMER SILK RIBBONS: These ribbons are delicate and require extra care. Dry cleaning is recommended to preserve their fine, airy weave, as hand washing may alter their delicate structure.

TABLE LINENS AND STYLING TEXTILES

Cotton + Linen Textiles:
Machine wash separately on a gentle cycle with cold water, or hand wash for best results. Use a mild, pH-neutral laundry soap, as plant-based dyes are "living" colors that can be altered by harsh chemicals or drastic changes in pH. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Note that tumble drying may cause minor shrinkage and create a soft, natural crinkle in the fabric. Over time, our cotton fabrics will continue to soften with each use.

Important: Do not wash more than 15 yards of material at once, as the fabric may twist and tangle in the wash.

Pro Tip: To easily remove folds and wrinkles, lightly spritz the fabric with water and shake it out—creases will naturally fall away. For a more polished, modern look, iron on medium-high heat to smooth out wrinkles.

Sheer Silk Textiles:
Machine wash separately on a gentle cycle with cold water, hand wash, or dry clean. Use a mild, pH-neutral soap, as plant-based dyes are "living" colors that can be affected by harsh chemicals or significant changes in pH.

Hang drying is recommended to preserve the fabric’s delicate nature. If you choose to tumble dry, use a low heat setting, but note that minor shrinkage may occur, and the fabric will develop a soft, natural crinkle. To remove wrinkles and achieve a smooth texture, iron on medium heat.

Important: Do not wash more than 10-15 yards of material at once, as the fabric may tangle during the wash.

Organza, Ethereal, Taffeta Silk Textiles: Dry cleaning is highly recommended to preserve the delicate, hand-loomed weave and original texture of these textiles. While hand washing is possible, it may alter the fabric’s weave and finish.

If hand washing is necessary, use cool water and a mild, pH-neutral laundry soap. Be mindful that plant-based dyes are "living" colors and can be affected by harsh chemicals or significant changes in pH. Hang to dry. For a smooth finish, iron on medium heat.
