80% Silk + 20% Linen | This unique blend offers the unique nubby texture and transparency of raw silk with the durability and weight of Linen.

In our quest to create a unique and captivating product, we commissioned the weaving of these unique table runners, which blend silk's sheer beauty with the weight of linen. Each runner is hand-woven and hand-sewn by our talented partner weavers.

We eagerly anticipated applying our botanical dyeing magic to them in-house, but unfortunately, the delicate weave could not withstand the heat in our intensive dyeing process, and the weave became "buckled" during the dye process. In the end, we unintentionally 'ruined' the runners. However, we still see potential in them with a bit of creativity.

With its wrinkles, irregular weave, and inconsistent color, this material could work with flatlay styling, as an accent alongside a floral arrangement, or draped around a candle centerpiece. 

Note, there are also some irregular color markings.

These pieces have been stored for years, waiting for the right purpose. As we prepare our studio for the new season, we’ve decided it’s time to find them a new home where they can be appreciated.
