ORIGINAL HAND-DYED SILK SCARF

COLOR STORY: Crushed Berry is a color of luxurious depth, defined by a marbling of rose and wine hues. Created in a dye bath of Rubia tinctorum (Dyer’s Madder)—one of the oldest and most celebrated natural dyestuffs—this shade owes its dynamic and sophisticated character to the organic mingling and crushing of fabric within the pigments during the dyeing process. The result is a rich visual texture, where tones of ripe wine and delicate rose ebb and flow. Crushed Berry evokes the essence of its namesake, offering a sense of movement, depth, and natural elegance with every glance.

Machine hemmed. Each scarf comes in a handmade 100% silk organza bag, ready for gifting. 

CARE / Hand washing is preferred, but you can wash in the washing machine in a mesh bag. Be sure to use chemical-free, pH-neutral laundry soap, as harsh chemical detergents can alter natural hues. Wash on a cold and gentle cycle. Hang or lay flat to dry.

Note: After hand-washing washing, delicately squeeze out water without twisting or wringing. To absorb remaining moisture, roll it in a towel and press out extra water, then lay it flat or hang it to dry for optimal results. To iron, use the silk setting or medium heat setting and iron on the back side of the silk (the side with the Silk & Willow tag).
